If someone asks what’s that one color that truly screams femininity, every woman (almost) would vouch for the color pink in a heartbeat. Frankly, we’re all a little Barbie on the inside.
I’ve concluded with 5 of the best pink beauty products that pink lovers or beauty lovers with a knack for pink packaging must have in their collection. Here’s my thorough opinion –
COVERGIRL — Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Eyeshadow
COVERGIRL has been a must for the IT girls since forever, and their eyeshadow game is as strong in the list. I was looking for something that’s handy, has great pigments yet subtle enough for everyday looks. And of course, pink!
I went to the old diva’s treasure and found they were right about COVERGIRL the whole time. Their quad eyeshadows are where the real deal is — I loved the packaging, I could not expect more from a barely $8 dollar eyeshadow quad. The formula is creamy and stays put on the lids. I’m so into the shade ‘Pure romance’, it has the perfect transition shade to champagne pink to deeper pink. The double-ended brush is perfect for lathering or smudging whenever necessary. So if you’re something who’s late in events, needs a handy yet quality eye palette, this is your call.
e.l.f Halo Glow Soft Focus Setting Powder
Did you forget about the pink under eye apocalypse? Well, Tiktok hasn’t, and e.l.f is there to take it onto the next level.
I have a cool undertone so it usually works great for me — so great that I had to include this in my must-have pink series. This setting powder is sheer, thin, and feels almost lightweight on my skin — the pigmentation of pink is just the right amount to brighten yet have a flushed glow.
I loved the blurring effect, the diminishing of pores right after it’s applied and still maintaining the silky formula of the loose powder. It was a lifesaver for people like me, with oily skin. I liked the minimal packaging — you should go for it if you like Charlotte Tilbury’s compact powder!
Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss
There’s no way we’re talking about pink products and wouldn’t include lip glosses. And there’s no way we’re not gonna mention Revlon in it – this is y2k IT girl certified.
I have seen variants of pink lipglosses over the years but revlon has launched some of the best formulas of all time. I was debating between two of the shades ‘Pink Sku’ and ‘Pinkissimo’ and finally decided to go with the latter one. I loved the non-sticky formula – the ripe color, the lightweight formula, and the doe-foot applicator will sweep your worries away!
Revlon ColorStay Lip Liner
I can’t get enough of Revlon – not when it’s a lip situation, more when it’s a pink situation.
Revlon’s lip liners are known for their long-lasting stay on the lips. It glides on smoothly, doesn’t crack or dries the lip out. So, when I looked for the color ‘pink’ in their palette, I was expecting something cutesy and bubbly, not this shade.
I was wrong to judge it as soon as I put it on my lips. This particular shade is in the middle of brown and pink making it perfect for every skintone. Thank God, the color isn’t bubbly or cutesy pink.
Loved the price point – it’s a steal!
Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara
I have to tell you, I’m obsessed with Maybelline’s new launch after the Lash Paradise. It’s packaging makes it pinterest-worthy pink, and this is the best I could find that fits both the look and the quality.
The shade Blackest black got me hooked for its bristles. The separate bristles is perfect for those with thin eyelashes to coat it with their non-sticky formula and also separate each lash for the perfect spidey lashes without being messy. It’s easily the number one mascara in my list, and I don’t think I’ll change it even after a couple of years.
